Olive Cartin

Olive M. Cartin, 88, of Hopewell, VA., passed away Monday, January 4, 2010. Mrs. Cartin was born in Maryland and had been a long time resident of the Hopewell area. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roland Dean and Sadie Woodard Dean and a daughter, Cheryl M. Cartin. Mrs. Cartin is survived by her husband, George C. Cartin, a daughter, Georgina Williams and husband Dan, a son, George R. Cartin, four grandchildren, Daniel Williams, Michael Williams, George C. Cartin, II and wife Liz, and Charles Cartin and wife, Jamie. A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
