Orey Daulton

Orey Johnson Daulton, 92, of Church Road, died Tuesday, October 19, 2004. A native of Charlotte County, VA., he was the son of the late Sam Bentley and Ollie Davis Daulton. He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene P. Daulton; and two sons, Orey J. Daulton, Jr. and Leslie M. Daulton. He was a farmer for many years and a retired employee of the Virginia Department of Transportation. Mr. Daulton is survived by his four sons, Carlton L. Daulton and wife, Lois of Chesterfield, Jimmie L. Daulton of Macon, GA., Wayne A. Daulton and wife, Alice of Dinwiddie, George W. Daulton and wife, Bernice of Brunswick; brother, A. J. Daulton of Church Road; sister, Sally Roland of Hopewell; twelve grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, October 22, 2004 at Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery, Church Road.
