Pamela Russell Stell

Pamela Russell Stell, 65, of Chesterfield, passed away on May 16th, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hobart and Ruth Russell. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Lee Stell; son, Tony Stell; granddaughter, Shelby Stell; brother, Steven Russell; and sister, Robin Russell. Pamela retired from the payroll department of the State of Virginia after 30 years of service. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
