Pansy Billiter

Pansy Turner Billiter, 59, of Chester, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2005. Born in Haysi, VA, she was the daughter of the late Wilson and Delphia Deel Turner. She was a member of Bellwood Baptist Church where she serves as a teller and was active in Women on Mission. She had also served in various other roles in the church including Deaconess and Secretary. Mrs. Billiter worked at Berkness Control in Richmond for 39 years and was presently employeed with Chesterfield County Department of Social Services. She is survived by her husband, Chuck Billiter; son, Chuck Billiter, Jr.; sisters, Cynthia Duty of Bee, VA and Rachel Fuller of Davenport, VA; brother, Kenneth Turner, of Haysi, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday, December 8, at the Chesterfield Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
