Patricia Vlk Blackburn

Patricia Vlk Blackburn, 74, of Disputanta, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Marie Vlk; and her sister, Marie Vlk Winner. Patricia was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She will be greatly missed. Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Eddie Blackburn; daughters, Stephanie Daniel (Chris), Andrea Tew (Jason), and Tara Blackburn; grandchildren, Alexandra Fisher, Dustin Yonts, Jackson Tew, and Kirra Spivey; great-granddaughter, Carrie Fisher; siblings, Betty Dubosky (Paul), Carol Martin (Charles), Theresa Hubert (David), Ann Wood (Bobby), Tony Vlk Jr., and Paul Vlk (Debbie); and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 4th from 10 AM - 11 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 9300 Community Lane, Petersburg, where a funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM. Interment will directly follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
