Patricia Sue Riblett Catron, 71, of Dinwiddie County, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013. Born in Williamson, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Curtis Lee and Eva Lucille Greathouse Riblett. In addition, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Manie Louise Greathouse, and her brothers, Robert Riblett and William Riblett. Mrs. Catron retired after 25 years of service as a telephone operator with Bell Atlantic. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and devoted her life to her family. Mrs. Catron is survived by her husband, Ronald W. Catron, Sr.; daughters, Tammy Sue Shank and husband, Todd of Prince George, Tracey Lynn Yeager of Petersburg, and Sheila Renee Mayberry and husband, Sam of Dinwiddie; son, Ronald W. Catron, Jr. of Chesterfield; grandchildren, Joshua and Trisha Shank, David, Chris and Nicholas Suits, Jeremy, Patrick and Seth Mayberry, Matthew Catron, Elizabeth Stevens, Ava, Sydney and Reagan Catron; great-granddaughter, Ava Noel Catron; aunt, Kathleen “a very special Rose” Hayes, and her son, Timothy; nieces and nephews, Ruth Ann Cozad, Jeanette, John and Gladys, Yolanda, Braden, Jean, Michael, and William, Jr. Riblett all of West Virginia. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, March 3rd at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday in the Mausoleum at Southlawn Memorial Park.
