Patricia Ann Parent

Patricia Ann Parent, Sergeant First Class, US Army, Retired, 67, of Prince George, VA, died September 24, 2023. Born and raised in New Britain, CT, she has called Prince George home since moving to Fort Lee, in 1996.

Patricia served in uniform in both active duty and reserve roles, as Military Police, Recruiter, Paralegal, and Human Resources. Her civil service career spanned roles supporting the Army Quartermaster Center & School, Combined Arms Support Command, Logistics Center of Excellence, and Fort Lee Garrison Headquarters in a variety of roles.

Patricia is survived by her son, Harry Parent; daughter-in-law, Victoria Stalec; grandson, Harrison Parent; and her daughter, Amy Hixson; son-in-law, Matti Hixson; grandson, Benjamin Hixson; as well as her niece, Sabrina Kukuc; and nephew, Christopher Kukuc. She joins her daughter, Vicki; granddaughter, Cora; three brothers; and her parents in heaven.

A memorial service will be announced at a later time for a service at Southlawn Memorial Park, Petersburg, VA. The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm, on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at J.T.
