Paul Vilas Nevin

Paul Vilas Nevin, 37, passed away surrounded by love, in Petersburg, on November 22, 2024. Paul was born in Calcutta, India, and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, by his adoptive parents, Rick and Janice Nevin, of Williamsburg, VA. Paul is survived by his parents; his brother, John Nevin (Emily and Ricky); his aunt, Carolyn Cyran; and extended family throughout the United States. Paul had a rich, full life through his early twenties when he lived at home and attended special education classes in Fairfax, VA. Paul's life was later enriched by residing at On Time Quality Care Management LLC., owned by Jennifer Mason, in Petersburg. Paul was happy and brought joy to all that worked with him. Paul was loved by many and will remain in all of our hearts. The family will hold a private interment memorial service.
