Paul Vincent "Vinnie" Rinker

Paul Vincent “Vinnie” Rinker, 39, of Sutherland, VA, passed away on Monday June 19, 2017. He is survived by his beloved and precious daughters, Camryn Rinker and Sydney Rinker; his loving parents, Paul and Marianne Rinker; his grandmother, Lillie Mae Rinker; brother, Bobby Allen and wife Kelly; sister, Wendy McClellan; nephews, Taylor Allen and Layne Puryear; nieces, Kylie Allen and Rachel McClellan; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as his special dog, Congo. Vinnie enjoyed fishing, playing video games, and most of all he loved spending time with his daughters. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the memorial service Thursday June 22, 2017 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Lebanon United Methodist Church 12450 Courthouse Rd, Dinwiddie, VA 23841.
