Paul Boothe Thomas, Sr.

THOMAS, Paul B. ("P.T."), of Prince George, VA, passed away at home on Monday, June 27, 2016 at the age of 90. Born in Heathsville, VA, Paul lived for most of his life in the Hopewell, VA area. He was a retired carpenter, a WWII Navy veteran, and an avid golfer and hunter.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Joanne H. Thomas and son-in-law, Frank Drury. He is survived by his children, Paul Thomas, Jr. and wife, Luree and Rebecca Drury; 5 grandchildren, Blake and wife, Christy, Will Thomas, Todd and wife, Christina, Tracy Drury, Stacy Lynn Maddox and husband, Stacy; 7 great-grandchildren, Christian, Ethan, Joshua, Ryder Drury, Brooklyn and Brandon Maddox, and Luke Thomas, and numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 1, 2016 at J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 820 W. Broadway Hopewell, VA. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Bermuda Memorial Park, 1901 Bermuda Hundred Rd, Chester , VA. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
