Paul Wells

Paul Marvin Wells, 73, of McKenney died Thursday, January 1, 2009 after a lengthy battle with Lymphoma at Duke Medical Center in Durham, NC. He was the son of the late Walter Irvin and Sadie Bell Ball Wells. Mr. Wells was preceded in death by his step father John F. Rainey and two brothers, Allen M. Wells and John I. Wells. He is survived by his wife, Gloria W. Wells; Sons, Christopher Allen Wells and Paul Mason Wells; a daughter Robin W. Gulledge; a brother Roy B. Wells; two sisters, Betty W. Lesnock and Savanna W. Finch; several nieces and nephews and a beloved cat, Jessie. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 5, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Graveside Services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 6, at 12:00 p.m.. at Blandford Cemetery, family and friends to form at the funeral home.
