Pearl Womack Bartle

Pearl Womack Bartle, 93, of Chester, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Bartle Jr.; and her son, Gilbert Bartle III. Mrs. Bartle is survived by her daughters, Catherine Watkins and Shirley Gilbert; daughter-in-law, Sandra Bartle; eight grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and nineteen great great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at the funeral home, with interment to follow at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
