Peggy Lou Bennett

Peggy Lou Bennett, 79, of Chester, VA passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chesterfield Smith and Mary Lou Totty Smith; and a brother, Butch Smith. She is survived by her loving husband of over 63 years, Edgar P. Bennett; sons, Gary Bennett and wife Abbie, Phil Bennett and wife Terri, and Guy Bennett; a daughter, Gail Sue Nobles and husband Paul; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; her sister, Joan Hubbard; a loving niece, Tootsie Yeatts; special pets, Precious, Daisy and Kitty Katt; as well as numerous extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 1, 2017 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W. Hundred Rd., Chester, VA 23831.
