Peggy M. Justice

Peggy M. Justice, 75, of Chester, passed away after a period of declining health from HSP on Saturday, December 19, 2015. Born in Tazewell, VA she was the daughter of the late Clyde V. and Rosie Newberry Richardson. She was also preceded in death by siblings, Betty Byrd and Billy Richardson. Peggy was a faithful member of Colonial Heights Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family at Lake Gaston. Peggy will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Earl Justice; her children, Drecilla Smith (Chet), Regina Graves (Keath), and Jeffery Justice; grandchildren, Randy Justice, Lindsey Walker (Adam), Daniel Costley (Sterlyn), Jamey Graves, and Shannon Costley; great-grandchildren, Brooks Walker and Levi Costley; and brothers, Olbert Richardson (Faye) and George Richardson. A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Wesley United Methodist Church, Colonial Heights. Interment will take place at a later date at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Tazewell, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to Colonial Heights Baptist Church or to Wesley United Methodist Church.
