Peter Michael Dowlen

Peter Michael Dowlen, 53, of Chester, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2013. He was a retired NCIS Agent for the U.S. Government. Mr. Dowlen is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Norma Ricci Dowlen. He is survived by his wife, Thelma Dowlen; son, Sammy; brothers, Richard Dowlen and his wife, Jane, and Charles Dowlen Jr. and his wife, Donna; nieces and nephews, Sally, Richard, William, Charles, Chrissy, and Chloe; and other loving family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
