Phyllis Lynn Belcher

Phyllis Lynn Belcher, 64, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021. Born in Richmond, VA, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Allen Belcher and Frances Elizabeth Darnell. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Janet Stanley and Allen Belcher. She is survived by her brother Roger Mitchell; nieces Sandra, Debra, Kim, Karen and Samantha; and nephews Jefferey, Travis, Christopher and Jason; as well as numerous grand nieces, grand nephews and friends. Phyllis was an active member in the Super Kids Ministry. A public visitation will be held July 27, 2021 from 4 to 6 p.m. at J.T. Morriss & Son Hopewell Chapel, 820 W Broadway, Hopewell, VA 23860. A graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park, 2901 W Hundred Rd, Chester, VA 23831, on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Super Kids Ministry, PO Box 637 Hopewell, VA 23860.
