Phyllis Rhodes Cepin

Phyllis Rhodes Cepin, 70, of Chester, VA., passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018. She is preceded in death by her mother, Willie Mae Culley.Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Wendy Simpson and husband, John; son, Michael Cepin and wife, Julie; grandchildren, Tyler and Blake Simpson, Rione, Payton and Hayden Cepin; sister, Sue Yeargain; brother, Jerry Yeargain, as well as numerous extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held, 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 10, 2018 at J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home of Chester, VA., with Dr. Ivan Perkinson officiating.
