Phyllis Dean Chobanian Obituary On January 14, 2020 the Lord took Phyllis Dean Chobanian to be with him. She passed away quietly at Saint Frances Medical Center in Midlothian, Virginia. She was born September 11, 1947 to Mr. Charles W Mullis Sr. and Jerildene Mullis. She is preceded in death by her loving mother Jerildene Mullis, a daughter Lisa Deann Sheffield and a granddaughter Tiffany. She is survived by her life partner Bill Mason, her father Charles W Mullis (Pat), a sister Sylvia Shepperson, and a brother Charles W Mullis Jr. She is also survived by her two sons Bernie Fournier (Megan) and Steven Chobanian (Pam), and three grandchildren. Phyllis worked for Summit Management for many years, as well as being manager of several apartment complexes in the Petersburg, Virginia area.
