Phyllis Ann Williams

Phyllis Ann Williams, 73, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband Herbert Arnold Williams. She is survived by three sons, Dennis (Deannie), Dwayne and Roger; daughter, Donna Condit (Cliff); brother, Joseph Bishop; two sisters, Barbara Badershall and Ethel Ball; grandchildren, Philip Condit, Cayce Marshall (Nick), D.J. Williams, Keller Williams and a large extended family. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, January 11, 2016 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home 103 S. Adams St. Petersburg Va. 23803. A Graveside service will be held at The Blandford Cemetery in Petersburg on Tuesday January 12, 2016 at 2:00pm.
