Rachel Geraldine Riggs

Rachel Geraldine Riggs, 81, of Prince George, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020. She was born in Dailey, West Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Roy E. McCauley and and Cora M. McCauley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Norman W. Riggs; daughter, Beverly Diane Riggs; 1 brother, 3 sisters, and daughter-in-law, Donna Riggs. She is survived by her 4 daughters, Patricia Langlois (Norman), Charlotte Shutt (James, Jr.), Wilma Jarvis (Eugene), and Darlene Fisher (David); 2 sons, Wallace Riggs, and Denver Riggs (Robin); 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
