Ralph Edward Haley

Ralph Edward Haley, 80, of Prince George, VA, passed away on Wednesday, May 1st, 2019. Born in Phoenix, VA, he was the son of the late Clyde Haley and Dorothy Adams Haley. He was preceded in death by brothers, Bobby Haley, Garland Haley, and Edwin Haley. Ralph was employed with Hopewell Water Company retiring after 40 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and country music. He was a devoted husband and father and loved his friends. He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Peggy Philback Haley; daughter, Rita H. Eppard (Darryl Eppard); granddaughters, Kayla Blinco and Morgan Eppard; brothers, Donald Haley and Linwood Haley; and sisters, Mary Tucker and Elizabeth Foster. Funeral services will be private.
