Ralph Welford Smith, 76, of Chesterfield VA, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023. He was the son of the late Ernest and Bertha Smith. Ralph proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Rosemary Smith; his daughter, Melanie Renee; and a sister, Carolyn.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Park. The family is being served by the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
