Ramona "Hope" Aper

Ramona Hope Draper, 64, of Prince George County, died Tuesday February 16, 2021. Born in Fort Belvoir, VA, she was the daughter of the late Richard Holt Taylor, Sr. and Betty L. Taylor. Preceded in death by her sisters, Pam Taylor, Carol Keen; brother, David Taylor. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Robert Draper; daughter, Carol Draper; brother, Richard H. Taylor, Jr.; nieces, Heather Payne, Mary-Katherine Taylor, Michelle Lieberman, Niki and Brandi Taylor; cousin, Kim Hoskinson; and numerous extended family and friends. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. The service will be live streamed, go to www.jtmorriss.com .
