Ramsey Thomas Tucker

Ramsey Thomas Tucker, 82, of Chester, VA passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2018. Born in Pittsylvania County, VA he was the son of the late Charlie C. and Martha Brumfield Tucker; and was also preceded in death by his wife, Lucy Ann Tucker. Mr. Tucker retired as a Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force after 28 years of service. He was a member of Enon Baptist Church and had a love for NASCAR. He is survived by his two daughters, Gale Newbold and husband, John and Debbie Mock and husband, Frank; a granddaughter, Sydney Mock; and one brother, Bobby Tucker and wife, Joyce. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, VA.
