Randy Nelson Mccollum

Randy Nelson McCollum, 66, of Disputanta, passed away on Friday, February 05, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert E. and Hazel Nelson McCollum; and brother, Wayne McCollum. Randy loved baseball and softball and was involved in playing one or the other from the time he was 7 years old until he was a Marine. He also was an avid golfer. Randy is survived by his wife, Barbara McCollum; 2 sons, Cory James McCollum and Patrick Jacob McCollum; granddaughter, Skye Rosh; and 2 sisters, Debbie Jo Cooper and Karen Rosh. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Quantico National Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, P.O.
