Rebecca Lynn Mueller Mcclain

Rebecca Lynn Mueller McClain, 37, of Dinwiddie, passed away on June 10, 2021. She was preceded in death by her child, baby McClain; grandparents, Paul and DeNolda Mueller; Robert and Betsy Whealton; grandparents, James and Ann Elder, Great Aunt Rosa Christian; and Aunt Kathy Mueller. Rebecca was a 2001 graduate of Dinwiddie High School. She was an avid beach lover with a smile that lit up a room. She was respectfully called the “peacekeeper” by her family as she wanted to make people happy. One of her favorite titles was Aunt Becca to Madison, John, Ella, Zack, and Faith. Rebecca is survived by her husband of 14 years, Kevin McClain; mother, Cheryl Elder (James), father, Kenneth Mueller (Rhonda), sisters, Heather Oliver (Matt), Shannon Mueller, and Jessica Mueller; brother, Joshua Elder; grandparents, Lendell “Doc” and Sue Dockery, ten nieces and nephews - Madison, John, Ella, Faith, Zackery, Louis, Annabette, Jacob, Anthony, and Thomas; 1 great-niece, Ella, numerous aunts and uncles, mother in law, Joan Ward; sister in law, Ginger McClain; special aunt, Laura Allen and uncle Cleve Allen. The family will receive friends at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home – Dinwiddie, 6616 Boydton Plank Road, Dinwiddie, VA, on Saturday, June 19 from 12-2 PM, where a funeral service will take place at 2 PM in the chapel.
