Rhett Edward Haskins, born on March 16, 2024, in Chesterfield, Virginia, left this world far too soon on June 20, 2024. His passing has left a void that cannot be filled and has cast a shadow of grief over all who knew and loved him.
Rhett was the beloved son of Nathanael and Berkley Haskins and the cherished brother of Jack. From the moment he entered this world, Rhett brought immeasurable joy to his family with his perfect features, sweet coos, and bright smile. His parents were overjoyed at his arrival and will always cherish the short 13 weeks they had together.
He is survived by his loving parents, Nathanael and Berkley Haskins; big brother, Jack Haskins; grandparents, John and DeAnn Jackson and Michael and Emilee Haskins; aunts and uncles, Faith and Grayson Crouch, Samuel and Olivia Haskins, Bryce Jackson, Emma Haskins, Meredith Haskins, Elijah Haskins, and Benjamin Haskins; great-grandparents, George Jackson, Tommy and Patricia Hamilton, Bart and Carolyn Peacher, Carmen Copeland, and Paul Haskins; great-great-grandmother, Louetta Hamilton; and many great-aunts and uncles and cousins. Rhett was predeceased by his great-grandparents, Patricia Jackson, Jacqy and Arlene Ramsey, and Bill Copeland.
A service will be held at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. The family will receive friends an hour prior. Interment will be private.
