Richard Craig Butler

Richard Craig Butler, 56, of Chester, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022. He was preceded in death by parents Winston Butler and Beverly Gayle Ragland.
Ric was employed as a Warehouse Supervisor for Turner Industries for more than 30 years. He enjoyed fishing, photography, and playing chess. He had a special love for his dogs, Zach and Jenny Lee. Ric will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his sister, Kim Richie (Gary); brother, Michael Butler (Simone); nieces, Christyna Neely, Ryan Billings (Clinton), and Bianca Diaz (Antonio); great-nephew, Jonathan Neely; great-nieces, Mila Billings and Evangeline Neely; aunt, Janet Ragland; and great-aunt, Joyce Ragland.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Westhampton Memorial Park, 10000 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com .
