Richard Bartlett Cecil, Jr.

Richard Bartlett Cecil, Jr., age 77, of Chesterfield, passed away on May 18, 2022 in his home. He was an Air Force veteran and worked for the Chesterfield County school system as a guidance counselor. He spent his life showing up for anyone that needed him and touched countless lives both personally and professionally. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Cheryl Cecil, his two daughters, and two grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held for the family on Sunday, May 22, 2022.
