Richard Wayne Horne

Richard Wayne Horne, 62, of Locust Grove, VA, died September 29th, 2018. He was the son of the late Joyce Mae Skinner Horne. He was also preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Gertrude and Edward Skinner; paternal grandparents, Pearl and Morris Horne, Sr. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Joyceann Garrett Horne of Locust Grove, VA; his father, Morris Turner Horne; sister, Cathy Loving and her husband, Tim; brother, Morris Dwayne Horne; nieces, Michelle Theodore and her husband, Rudolph, Melissa Elmore and her husband, Takaja, Joanne Miller and her husband, Matt; nephew, Michael Horne and his wife, Meredith; great-nephew, Garrett Miller; aunt, Barbara Skinner; and uncle, Marvin Horne and his wife, Bonnie. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Southlawn Memorial Park.
