Richard Christopher Moore

Richard Christopher Moore, 35, of Prince George, VA, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020. Christopher was born on August 16, 1984 in Hopewell, VA and was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Richard Carl and Mary Zevgolis Moore. He was a graduate of both Hopewell High School and the University of Virginia (UVA) and was a member of the Sigma Phi fraternity. Christopher is survived by his father, Rick Moore, Jr.; his mother, Evelyn Lake; a sister, Rachel Milstead; his maternal grandfather, Harry Hopkins; maternal grandmother, Beth Hopkins; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. An open visitation will be held from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
