Richard Henry Peters, 49, of Dinwiddie County, VA, formerly of Newville, PA, passed away Monday, March 31, 2014. He is survived by his parents, Charles E. and Margaret Tabler Peters; siblings, Charles W. Peters and wife, Ellen, of Hummelston, PA, Anneliese Peters of Petersburg, VA, Virginia Peters Coutts and husband, George, of Shippensburg, PA, Timothy Peters and wife, Kristene of Carlisle, PA, and John Peters and wife, Leslie of Church Road, VA, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 5th at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
