Richard Ragland

Richard Vernon Ragland, age 75, of Chesterfield, VA., passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2010. He is survived by his beloved wife, Helen Ragland and son Mark Ragland. He was a loving father and a dedicated husband for 48 years. After serving 2 years in the U. S. Army, he joined Thalhimers Department Store as a store planner, taking early retirement after 28 years of service. A memorial service will take place at the Chester chapel of J. T.
