Robert B. Temple

Robert â??Bobbyâ? Berkley Temple, 66, of Prince George, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2012. He was the son of the late William Berkley and Marie Simmons Temple, and was also preceded in death by two sons, Chris and Jason Temple. Bobby was a United States Army veteran having served during the Vietnam Conflict. He was retired Civil Service from Fort Lee and a member of the American Legion Post # 146 in Hopewell. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Joan Bradley Temple; one daughter, Laura Temple LeDoux and husband, Joe; three grandchildren, Jeremy Temple, Payton and Emily LeDoux; a brother, William â??Simmieâ? S. Temple and wife, Charlene; faithful canine companion, Gracie; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday in Merchantâ??s Hope Memorial Gardens, Prince George, with the Rev. Gibby Elder officiating. Casual dress requested.
