Robert Earl Clemmons

Robert Earl Clemmons, 73, retired to Murrells Inlet, SC, formerly from Prince William County, passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2012. He served proudly as a Major for the US Marines and was retired as a physics teacher at Garfield High School. He is survived by his daughters, Sherri Thompson (Michael), Rene Bickel ( Dave), and Tiffany King (Wes); grandchildren, Kasey, Destiny, Tyler, Austin and Harry; brother, J.D. Clemmons (Nancy); niece, Julianne Wright; nephews, Jay, Jeff, and Matt Clemmons. Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 22, 2012 from 3:00-4:00 P.M. followed by a funeral service at 4:00 P.M. at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, Chester Chapel. A committal service will be held at Quantico National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Kasey N. Crute Special Needs Trust.
