Robert “Bobby” Edward King, 72, a resident of N.Chesterfield, VA went to be with the lord On Sunday, April 19, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Dorothy King. He is survived by his loving wife of over 52 years Gloria J. King; son, Kevin King (Dean); daughter, Kimberly K. Walter (Paul); grandchildren, Megan and Luke Walter, Ashley Siegel; great-grandson, Tristan Siegel; sisters, Nancye Gologanoff (Chris) and Dianne Johnstone (Duncan); brother, Christopher King (Christine); Aunts, Judy Capps, Pannie Kirchmier, Mammie Wilkens, Janet Paschall and Faye Anderson; uncle, Ray Paschall; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Bobby worked as a Conductor for over 40 years starting with ACL Railroad and finally retiring with CSX. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and VA Tech football. He loved spending time with his family and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends 6-8p.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at J.T. Morriss & Son Chester Chapel. A funeral service will be held 2p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2015 at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home Chester Chapel 3050 W. Hundred Rd. Chester, VA 23831. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
