Robert ?Bob? Edward Lynch, 46, of Charles City, died Thursday, February 23, 2006 at his residence. He is survived by his son, Seth Lynch; a sister, Pat L. Brewington and eight nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Monday, February 27, 2006 at 1 p.m. at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation service.
