Robert Allen McNeil “Robbie”, Jr. 50, of Chester, VA passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015. He is survived by his loving parents, Robert and Ruth McNeil; sisters, Rhonda Wilson (Anthony) of Henrico, VA. Rebecca Colbeth (Christopher) of Hammond, WI; brother, Richard McNeil (Ashley) of Chesterfield, VA; 8 nieces and nephews; 3 great nieces and nephews; special friend, Sharon Carroll of Richmond, VA. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Harrowgate Group Home, Winchester Green day support and all the caring staff at John Randolph Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at the Chester Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 3050 W. Hundred Rd., Chester, VA 23831.
