Robert Francis Pribbenow

Robert Francis Pribbenow, 76, of Prince George, VA, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. After retiring from the U. S. Army, MS6-E8, he went on to work for the Defense Supply Center for over ten years. He was active in the American Legion. He loved gardening, traveling to visit family, and watching sports.
Robert is preceded in death by his daughter, Rose M. Pribbenow; his parents, Lester and Margaret Pribbenow; and his sister, Louise Habeck.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Kim C. Pribbenow; four children, Jeanne Redden (Edward), Keith Pribbenow, Sandra Whitchurch (Ryan), Al Pribbenow (Monica); and seven grandchildren, August, Morgan, Joshua, Mahala, Nathaniel, Alyssa, and Viktor; four brothers and two sisters; and numerous nephews and nieces.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Cameron Avenue Church of Christ, at 601 Cameron Avenue, Colonial Heights, VA. A funeral service will also be held at Cameron Avenue Church of Christ, at 11:00 am, on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Interment will follow at Southlawn Memorial Park. The family is being served by the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
