Robert Gresham Rawlings, Jr.

Robert G. “Bob” Rawlings, Jr. of DeWitt, VA, entered the eternal life to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 9, 2018. He was the son of the late Robert G. Rawlings, Sr. and Rachel P. Rawlings of Dinwiddie. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Kathryn R. Rawlings of DeWitt; daughters, Lori R. Smith (Bucky Smith) and Rachel A. Rawlings of Augusta, GA, Sally A. Rawlings (Paula Mambaerts) of McKenney, and Kathryn R. Beasley (Steve Beasley) of Dinwiddie; step-daughter, Stefanie Skipper (Donald Skipper) of Greene County, nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many friends. Bob spent many years teaching the word of God in Virginia and has now gone home to be with him. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home.
