Robert Stephen Sapp

Robert Stephen Sapp, 49, of Dinwiddie, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ambers Sr. and Lucy H. Sapp; his maternal grandparents, R.D. and Mildred Randolph; and his mother, Robin Randolph.

Robert graduated from high school and joined the United States Navy, where he served honorably before his discharge. He loved fishing, boating, gardening, and spending time outdoors. He also took after his father in his enjoyment and fascination of old cars. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Robert is survived by his father, Ambers Sapp, Jr. (Susan); siblings, Courtney Kuehn, Paul Kuehn, and Nathan Sapp; children, Brenden Hinchey, Brooke Sapp, Mercedes Crawford, and Dalton Sapp; grandchildren, Jaxson Owens and Charleigh Owens; close friend, Farber Davis; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 PM, at the Dinwiddie Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son, 6616 Boydton Plank Road.
