Robert Shaffer

Robert Harrison Shaffer, 88, of Hopewell, died on Thursday, September 13, 2007. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Mamie Ruth Schley Shaffer; wife, Natalie Parker Shaffer; brother, William Shaffer and sisters, Mildred and Dorothy Shaffer. He is survived by his brothers, George and Alfred Shaffer and numerous nieces and nephews who include, Elizabeth Procise, Carol Harvey and Donnie and Glenn Atkins. A graveside service will be held at Blandford Cemetery at 10 am on Saturday, September 15, 2007. The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
