Robert Stell

Robert Arthur Stell, 74, died Monday, May 24, 2010. Mr. Stell was the son of the late John Calvin Stell and Effie Hogwood Harris. Mr. Stell served both in the United States Navy and the Army. Robert is survived by his children, Robert, John, Cheryl and Kay; six grandchildren and one great grandchild; one brother, John C. Stell, Jr. (Shirley); sister in law, Dot, Ruby, and Jean; numerous nieces and nephews; a special niece and his caregiver Karen Myrick (Mike). He was preceded in death by his brothers Russell, Frank, Jimmy, Roger and sister Maggie. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Thursday, May 27, 2010 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Blandford Cemetery.
