Robert â??Peterâ? Franklin Williams, age 65, of Chesterfield, VA, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2008. Robert was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He worked for Wilson Trucking Company for 42 and a half years as a local driver for most of that time. He was a huge Nascar fan. He was preceded in death by his mother Addie Thacker and brother, Roy B. â??Poodleâ? Williams. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Jearaldine C. Williams, of Chesterfield, VA; father, Robert R. Williams; mother-in-law, Nellie Dunahoe children, Dallas J. Williams and wife Semra, of Chester, VA, Robyn Williams Malone and husband Carl, of Brodnax, VA, Aaron Coleman, of MN, Charlyn Saunders and husband Donnie, of Chesterfield; grandchildren, Aaron, Shailyn, Keanna, Addison, Scarlet and Damian; sisters, Nellie Writtenberry, Virginia Wray, Sybil Moretz and Phyllis Newcomb; former wives and friends, Nancy White, and Marilyn Hess; and several other family and friends. The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Sunday, June 22, 2008 from 3 to 5 p.m. Funeral services will follow there on Monday, June 23, at 11 a.m., with an entombment in Sunset Memorial Park.
