Roger Wayne Reckart

Roger W. Reckart, 57 passed away, Monday, May 1, 2017. He was the beloved husband to Deborah Reckart. Born in Centenary, WV and later relocating and residing in Chesterfield, VA.. Roger was a Contractor and Welder by trade who loved gardening, family BBQ's, and Zeus his best friend/dog. He was a loving grandfather, father, husband, and friend who will be missed by many. He is survived by his parents, Wayne and Thelma Reckart of Albright, WV; two children, Jeffery Reckart (Ruta) and Angalena Little (Allen); Six grandchildren, who are the light of his life, Daniel, Iris, Conner, Lee, Kylie, Nathan, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. There will be a celebration of life held, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Ivey United Methodist Church, 17120 Jefferson Davis Hwy. S. Chesterfield, VA 23834. All are welcome to come.
