He is preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Libby Sullivan.
He is survived by his loving wife, LuAnn Sullivan; he sons, Paul and Troy Sullivan; grandchildren, Alex, Mandy, Lauren and Layne Sullivan and sister Cathy Smith.
The family is being served by J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home at the Hopewell Chapel.
