Ruby Wheeler Lane

Ruby Wheeler Lane, 88, of Petersburg, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2013. Born in North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Addie Wheeler. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard Lane; and son, William Lane. Mrs. Lane was a proud member of St. Marks United Methodist Church in Petersburg. She is survived by a son, Daniel Lane and his wife, Edna; daughter, Diane Wagner and her husband, Joe; three grandchildren, Alexa Callis and her husband, John, Andrea Pagtulingan and her husband, Christian, and Richard Lane and his wife, Kari; two great- grandchildren, John Robert Callis and Bella Pagtulingan; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, April 12, 2013 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 13 2013 at Blandford Cemetery.
