Ruby Taylor

Ruby C. Taylor, 92, of Petersburg, widow of Jesse James Creasey & George Howard Taylor, died Thursday, December 10, 2009. She was a native of Dinwiddie County and daughter of Albertis Hatcher and Carrie Dabney Wilson. She was predeceased by a daughter Lucille C. Gentili and a son James Creasey. She was a retired employee of Seward Luggage. She is survived by a son, Wesley V. Creasey; Sr. and wife, Wilma of Chesterfield; daughter, Elizabeth Marie Smith of Chester; grandchildren, Wesley V. Creasey, Jr. and wife, Elizabeth of Chesterfield, James M. Creasey of Chesterfield, Debbie S. Meadows of Chester, Cheryl S. Burke and husband, Chris of Chester, Carol G. Cromack and husband, Keith of Fredericksburg, Paul Gentili and wife, Shari, Donald Gentili, Sharon G. Shigley and husband, Gregg all of Massachusetts; son-in-law, Dino Gentili of Massachusetts; twelve great-grandchildren; a special thanks to everyone at Hopewell Health Care Center. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Sunday December 13, 2009 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
