Rudolph Wall “Rudy”, 89, of Prince George passed away on Tuesday May 9, 2017 at Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Center, Richmond. Rudy was born July 6th, 1927 in Ettrick, VA and was preceded in death by his father, Vivian Wall; mother, Florence Talbert; brothers, Ralph Wall, Richard Wall and Robert Wall. Rudy served his country proudly in the Navy and was a World War II Veteran. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose in Dinwiddie, VA, American Legion Post 284 in Colonial Heights, VA, Fraternal Order of Eagles 882, in Petersburg, VA, and the VFW Post 637 in Hopewell, VA. Rudy was a Millwright by trade and some of his favorite pastime were collecting, boating, and singing Karaoke with friends. Rudy is survived by his devoted companion of 38 years, Loretta Couch; step-daughter, Carole Oates; and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday May 11, 2017 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be private at a later date.
