Russell Paul “Rusty” Burch, 62, of Colonial Heights, VA, died Tuesday, November 21, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Linda Walker Burch; daughter, Hannah Leigh Burch; mother, Shirley Paul Hall; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Willard B. and Mildred H. Walker. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Oak Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Tolbert officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Oak Grove United Methodist Church, 12715 Acorn Drive, North Dinwiddie, VA 23805. The family is being served by the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
